He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in Oriental Studies (Orientalist and teacher of Persian language and literature, 1996). He completed his Master's and Doctoral studies in the Faculty of Philology and Humanities at Tehran University, Islamic Republic of Iran, and received a PhD in his specialty. In 2004, he successfully defended his dissertation on "Shahnama and Kazakh Literature" before the Dissertation Council of Tehran University. From 1997 to 1999, he worked at the R.B. Suleimenov Institute of Oriental Studies as a junior research fellow. He consistently went through stages of academic and pedagogical growth. From 2004 to 2007, he worked as an associate professor at the Ablai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages ​​and the Kazakh National University. Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, from 2007 to 2009, he served as the Dean of the Faculty of International Relations at Kainar University, and from 2009 to 2014, he was an Associate Professor at Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University. From 2014 to 2018, he served as Academic Secretary and Leading Researcher at the R.B. Suleimenov Institute of Oriental Studies of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2017 to August 31, 2025, he worked as a Senior Lecturer and Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Middle East and South Asia, Faculty of Oriental Studies, Al- Farabi Kazakh National University.
